Home Made Burger

Holala…this is it, Home Made Tuna Egg Burger by Shiva. Ehehehe…
Basically everybody can make burger easily. But here, I just want to share you my recipe, although it is very simple to do and you can modify this recipe with your own style.
Before that, I would like to tell you about the picture. Because the weather when I took this picture is cloudy, so if you don’t have any flash lamp, it’s hard enough to fix it.
For us that just rely on the natural light, we can use white balance on the camera. Try all of white balance type on your camera, then feel the difference.
In this picture I used Flash white balance. It gives you the yellowish picture. In my humble opinion, for breads, yellowish is so supports your picture because breads color commonly yellow-brown.

The recipe is so simple. I used instant products so it is so easy just like 1,2,3…

Ingredients:
1 buns bread
1 egg
1 spoon of instant Tuna meat
Butter
Mayo
Chili sauce
Cheese, grated
You can add some vegetables like lettuce and cucumber, but here, I didn’t use them because I don’t like vegetables. ;p Aahaha…

How to cook:
  1. prepare the buns, and grill it with small fire on stove. 1 minute is enough.
  2. then pour the mayo and chili sauce on your buns
  3. after that, melt the butter and cook the egg with a small fire on stove, you can use a flat frying pan. Stir the egg slowly. Wait until done or medium raw.
  4. pour the egg on your buns. Now cook the Tuna meat on a frying pan. Just reheat, it just need a short time.
  5. then pour the Tuna on the egg, add the grated cheese, and cover them with another bun side.
  6. it’s done! Enjoy your tuna egg burger.
